Summary: Doctors are often placed in the role of villains because honestly, what's more terrifying than the idea of putting your life in the hands of someone who has no place going near a scalpel? And more importantly, who wants to trust one who's already laughing mad?

History: Dr. Evan Rendell and son were accused of ripping out patients hearts back in the late fifties. Apparently they were drying to bring back Evan's dead wife, but they never got the chance, as the father was stoned to death and the son escaped. Now, Evan Jr., nicknamed "Dr. Giggles" for his horrible laugh, has escaped the asylum, and is pursuing a girl with the same heart condition that took his mom, killing anyone unfortunate enough to cross him.

Notable Kills: Any time this guy probes your body before killing you is bound to make you feel sick even before the deed is done.

Final Fate: After being caught in an explosion, Giggles inexplicably survives only to get hit with defibrillator paddles and a literal stabbing pain to the heart. One quip later, and he dies.

Powers/Abilities: None

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 4-This portly doctor not only has that obnoxious laugh, but he's rather visceral for a practitioner of the hypocritic oath. Evil doctors are naturally frightening, and this guy is no exception.

Trivia: -Dr. Giggles was played by Larry Drake, who had previously played as Robert Durant in the "Darkman" movies.

Heart transplants are entirely possible, but it's best to do them when the doner is dying anyway. Not like this...
